C'mon. Vent. Share your pain. Tell us about the sales guy who dropped his PC in the ocean while "entertaining a customer." Show us a picture of the most destroyed laptop you've ever had returned. Send a transcript of a helpdesk call that made you want to quit your job with the vigor of that flight attendant from Jet Blue. Explain how a service pack upgrade left half your users without PC access for two days. Your submission can be anonymous - we promise we won't disclose your name/company unless you want us to. The iPad winner will be chosen based on the selection criteria below.
A committee of Wanova employees (including our IT and helpdesk staff) will judge the entries. Each entry will be judged based on the following criteria:
1. Severity of the nightmare (how much pain the person or issue caused you and your IT colleagues)
2. Your creativity in telling or illustrating the story (video, pictures, music, etc.)
3. Your story MUST be a real-world experience, not a made up scenario. While it's very clever to try and make up a story that will win you the iPad, we're trusting you to be honest.
By submitting your story, photo or video, you'll be giving us permission to publish it (again, we'll honor any anonymity you request.) We will potentially feature entries on our website, blog and other online forums, including:
- YouTube
- In a Wanova presentation
- On the Wanova Website (including our blog)
